White gets his turn at a verse.

I still love that spin and toss. And the giggle. And the "oh no you di'nt!" fingerwag. 8D

This took far too many nights working on it. Like, about four ustream sessions, to finish. >:|

Quick Question:
How did you maintain a consistent head-size for White? Whenever I do frame by frame, the heads seem to warp.

Is there some trick to it?

Well, first, this is done pose-to-pose, so the keys were all matched in size before the rest was animated.

Second, I tended to set the zoom to what my "comfortable" circle size was- so the head would always tend to stay the same size.

Finally, the headcircle was added to the animation all on its own. Following Richard Williams's advice of doing straight-ahead passes through the keyframes for each bodypart.

Working on it, but it's solely in my offtime, so it takes a while. :3

Thankyas!

I dunno what makes it work, I guess I kinda imagined how much weight he's actually having to move, so he accelerates pretty fast, and actually drags the kid up, then back down, before the final toss, as he goes around. :3

Yeah I definetely think it has to do with the weight and how it flows so nicely. It actually feels like the kid weighs something.
